At GodavariMart, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support.godavarimart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos for verification.

Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care items, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and items purchased on sale or discount.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support.godavarimart@gmail.com.
