Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations and products. We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via phone or email before dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.godavarimart@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 days so we can assist you with the courier partner.
